I like to teach my S.A.V.V.Y. approach when it comes to LinkedIN and help clients with uncovering their unique Skills, Attributes, Values, Victories, and Young-at-Heart activities. This acronym has helped many with understanding what to include in their profiles and for content creation.
As a member of AATH (Association for Applied Therapeutic Humor) organization, I am currently enrolled in a three-year program with The Humor Academy to earn a Humor Professional Certification. I am trained in Laughter Yoga and available to speak on the health benefits of playful laughter exercises for your organization or event, and/or be considered as a meeting opener and closer to facilitate memorable and energizing experiences for your audiences.
